基于疏水性无孔膜对黑臭水体底泥修复的研究

摘  要:以黑臭底泥为研究对象,采用新型疏水性无孔膜对黑臭底泥持续供氧,探究无孔膜供氧对底泥和上覆水的修复效果及对底泥微生物群落结构的影响。结果表明,装置运行42 d后,底泥中TN,OM的去除率分别为22.3%,35%,上覆水中TN,TP,COD_(Cr)和NH3-N去除率分别为78.2%,91%,72.5%和95%,可将OM污染严重的底泥修复至中度污染水平。底泥微生物群落中具有降解污染物能力的浮霉菌纲和丙型变形菌纲相对丰度均提高,但指示底泥污染程度的β变形菌纲相对丰度降低。The study focused on black and malodorous sediment,using a novel hydrophobic membrane without pores to continuously supply oxygen to the sediment,exploring the restoration effects on the sediment and overlying water as well as the impact on the microbial community structure of the sediment.The results showed that after 42 days of operation,the removal rates of TN and organic matter in the sediment were 22.3%and 35%,respectively,while the removal rates of TN,TP,COD_(Cr),and NH,-N in the overlying water were 78.2%,91%,72.5%,and 95%,respectively.It can remediate the sediment with severe organic pollution to a moderate pollution level.The relative abundance of the genera of Planctomycetacia and Gammaproteobacteria,which have the ability to degrade pollutants,increased in the microbial community structure of the sediment,while the relative abundance of the genus of Betaproteobacteria,which indicates the degree of sediment pollution,decreased.
