摘  要:选取华北地区某典型生物发酵类制药企业为研究对象,对其不同污水处理单元中的挥发性恶臭有机污染物(MVOCs)进行监测,利用固定箱模型方法,PCA主成分分析方法及气味活度值评估方法,结合GB 14554—93《恶臭污染物排放标准》,研究MVOCs的排放特征并对异味评估。结果表明,该制药企业各点位TMVOCs质量浓度范围为11.17~122.63 mg/m^(3);部分点位甲硫醇及二硫化碳排放量略超标;废水在MBR池中曝气量不足或污水停留时间短是污水处理系统产生较大异味的主要原因;硫化合物、OVOCs及芳香烃为主要的异味贡献物质。A typical bio-fermentation pharmaceutical enterprise in north of China was selected as the research object to monitor malodorous volatile organic pollutants(MVOCs)in different sewage treatment units.The fixed box model method,PCA principal component analysis method and odor activity evaluation method were used in combination with GB 14554—93"Malodorous Pollutant Emission Standards".The emission characteristics of MVOCs were studied and the odor was evaluated.The results showed that the concentration of TMVOCs ranged from 11.17 to 122.63 mg/m^(3).The emission of methyl mercaptan and carbon disulfide at some points exceeded the standard slightly.The waste water in the MBR tank is not enough aeration or the residence time of the waste water is short,which makes the sewage treatment system produce a big odor;Among them,sulfur compounds,OvVOCs and aromatic hydrocarbons are the main odor contributors.
