江苏省非道路移动机械大气污染物排放清单研究

摘　　要：以江苏省工程机械、农业机械等典型非道路移动机械为研究对象,选取南京市、镇江市、徐州市为非道路移动机械大气污染物调研的样本城市,通过政府职能部门数据调研、文献资料查阅、问卷调查、实地调查等方法获取2022年非道路移动机械保有量、活动水平等数据;建立了以经济密度为基准划分城市类型、以调研样本城市数据推导同类型城市数据的方法,计算编制了江苏省非道路移动机械大气污染物排放清单。结果表明,江苏省非道路移动机械设备保有量为1728423辆,PM_(10),PM_(2.5),HC,NO_(x),CO 5项污染物总排放量为311432.71 t。其中,工程机械和农业机械排放占比分别为54.94%和45.06%。拖拉机、叉车、挖掘机、收获机械是主要贡献源,排放总贡献率达79.62%;污染物以NOx和CO为主,分别占总排放量的44.87%和39.04%;Ⅰ~Ⅱ类地区排放污染主要来自工程机械,Ⅲ类地区排放污染主要来自农业机械。Construction machinery and agricultural machinery of typical non road mobile machinery were the research objects in Jiangsu Province.Nanjing,Zhenjiang,and Xuzhou were selected as sample cities for the investigation of non-road mobile machinery pollutants.Obtain data on the ownership and activity level of non-road mobile machinery through methods such as government functional department data research,literature review,questionnaire survey,and field investigation.A method of dividing city types based on economic density and deriving data from survey sample city was established.Emission inventory of non-road mobile machinery in Jiangsu Province was compiled.The results show that the number of non-road mobile machinery owned in Jiangsu Province is 1728423,with a total emission of 311432.71 tons for five pollutants including PM_(10),PM_(2.5),HC,NO_(x),CO 5.The proportion of emissions from construction machinery and agricultural machinery is 54.94%and 45.06%respectively.Tractors,forklifts,excavators and harvesting machinery are the main sources of pollutants,with an emission contribution rate of 79.62%.The pollutants are mainly NO and CO,accounting for 44.87%and 39.04%of the total emissions respectively.The emission pollution in Class I and Class II areas mainly comes from construction machinery,while the emission pollution in Class II areas mainly comes from agricultural machinery.
