摘  要:新型有机污染物在环境介质中往往处于痕量水平,在建立分析方法时更加强调样品处理的有效性,需考虑必要的前处理手段以清除基质干扰,保证目标组分信息的完整。通过研究水体、固体、生物3种不同基质新型有机污染物样品前处理方法的实际应用,对固相萃取、加速溶剂萃取、凝胶渗透色谱法等多种复杂新型有机物的前处理方法进行归纳。简述萃取机制,总结方法特点、适用对象及应用进展,分析方法优势及存在问题。旨在为新型有机污染物的发现与分析研究提供一定参考。New organic pollutants are often at the trace level in environmental media,and the effectiveness of sample treatment is emphasized when establishing analytical methods,and necessary pre-treatment means should be considered to remove matrix interference and ensure the integrity of target component information.By studying the practical application of three different matrix sample pretreatment methods of water,solid and biological,the pretreatment methods of many complex new organic compounds such as solid phase extraction,accelerated solvent extraction and gel permeation chromatography were summarized.The extraction mechanism was briefly described,the characteristics,application objects and application progress of the method were summarized,and the advantages and precautions of the method were analyzed.The aim is to provide reference for the analysis and research of new organic pollutants.
