摘 要:文章采用电弧熔丝增材制造技术填充自制丝材制备的沉积态低合金高强度钢,通过显微组织分析、浸泡试验、腐蚀形貌分析、失重测试、动电位极化曲线与电化学阻抗谱分析与921A钢进行对比。结果表明,沉积态钢显微组织为粒状贝氏体与多边形铁素体组成的复相组织。粒状贝氏体中的富碳M/A组元与基体铁素体二者之间由于电位差形成腐蚀微电池,腐蚀形貌表现为许多粒状凸起。沉积态钢和921A钢在浸泡过程中,自腐蚀电位负移,耐蚀性下降;腐蚀电流密度增大,腐蚀速率加快;容抗弧半径逐渐减小,等效电阻相应减小。浸泡腐蚀速率最终为0.262 mm/a和0.203 mm/a。在各阶段沉积态钢的耐蚀性能均略差于921A钢试样,这是由于921A钢的Cr、Ni、Si等元素含量均较高,且微观组织晶粒更加均匀细小。This paper compares the deposited low-alloy high-strength steel prepared by wire-arc additive manufacturing techniques with 921A steel by means of microstructure analysis,immersion test,corrosion morphology analysis,weight loss test,potentiodynamic polarization curve analysis and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy analysis.The results show that the microstructure of the deposited steel is a complex microstructure composed of granular bainite and polygonal ferrite.Due to the potential difference between the carbon-rich M/A components of granular bainite and the matrix ferrite,corrosion micro-batteries are formed,and the corrosion morphology shows many granular bulges.The self-corrosion potential of deposited steel and 921A steel shifts negatively and the corrosion resistance decreases during the immersion process.The corrosion rate increases with the increase of corrosion current density.The arc radius of capacitive reactance decreases gradually and the equivalent resistance decreases correspondingly.Immersion corrosion rates finally are 0.262 mm/year and 0.203 mm/year.The corrosion resistance of deposited steel is slightly worse than that of 921A steel at all phases,because the content of Cr,Ni,Si and other elements of 921A steel is higher,and the microstructure grains are more uniform and finer.
