摘 要:超导磁浮列车产生的强磁场会对铁路沿线的基建、设备和环境中的铁磁性材料产生电磁干扰的风险,文章利用电磁仿真计算软件,针对超导强磁场对铁路沿线基建、设备、环境中铁磁性材料的电磁影响进行了研究分析并提出优化防护建议。强磁场对轨道普通焊接钢筋产生涡流损耗不可忽视,在钢筋表面涂覆绝缘层,焊接形式改为绑扎形式,可大大减小涡流损耗。应答器、RFID明显处于磁场超过300 A/m的范围,工频磁场对其影响不可忽视,可以采用如双绞线或带屏蔽层的电缆、对设备的外壳进行金属屏蔽处理等电磁屏蔽措施。对于地下埋地管,磁场运动经过产生的涡流最大为2.5×10^(-5)A/m^(2),不需要考虑干扰防护措施。车站候车和上车的佩戴心脏起搏器的乘客存在受影响的风险,须在车站建立磁场屏蔽墙。The strong magnetic field generated by superconducting maglev trains poses a risk of electromagnetic interference to the infrastructure,equipment,and ferromagnetic materials along the rail line.This paper studies and analyzes the electromagnetic effects of superconducting strong magnetic fields on ferromagnetic materials in the infrastructure,equipment,and environment along the railway by means of electromagnetic simulation software,and gives advices on protection.The eddy current loss caused by strong magnetic fields on ordinary welded steel bars in tracks cannot be ignored.The eddy current loss can be greatly reduced by coating insulation layer on the surface of steel bars and changing the welding form to binding form.The transponder and RFID are obviously arranged in the range of magnetic fields exceeding 300 A/m,and the impact of power frequency magnetic fields should be unneglectable.Electromagnetic shielding measures such as twisted pair cables or cables with shielding layers,and metal shielding treatment of equipment casings can be used.For the pipes buried underground,the maximum eddy current generated by magnetic field movement is 2.5×10^(-5)A/m^(2),and no interference protection measures need to be considered.Passengers wearing pacemakers waiting and boarding at the station might be exposed to the interference,and a magnetic barrier shield must be set up in the station.
