场所视域下人地情感交互的心理健康效应研究——以广州保障房社区为例

摘　　要：基于人本主义场所理论,文章聚焦人地交互的情感联结与心理过程,旨在阐释保障房社区场所特征及场所感构建对居民心理健康的影响路径与作用机制。基于对广州市典型保障房社区的调查研究,文章提出:社区认同对维护保障房居民心理健康意义重大;社区建设可通过提升物质环境质量和邻里社会融合程度来促进社区认同;社区居民的社会经济特征对邻里融合和社区认同产生关键影响。因此,在未来保障房社区规划政策制定过程中,需要充分考量影响社区认同的个体属性和社区场所特质,通过提升保障房社区公共服务水平和公共空间环境质量、降低道路交通的负面影响、构建良好社区邻里关系秩序、提升场所精神建设等手段,促进保障房社区认同的构建及增益居民心理健康。Based on humanistic place theory,this study focuses on the emotional connections and psychological processes involved in human-place interactions,aiming to elucidate the impact pathways and mechanisms by which the place characteristics and sense of place in affordable housing communities affect residents'mental health.Drawing on a survey of typical affordable housing communities in Guangzhou,the study highlights the significant role of community identity in enhancing the mental health of residents in affordable housing.It suggests that community identity can be fostered by improving the quality of the physical environment and promoting social integration among neighbors.Additionally,the socioeconomic characteristics of residents are found to play a critical role in shaping neighborhood integration and community identity.Therefore,future affordable housing community planning and policymaking should carefully consider the individual attributes and place characteristics that inf luence community identity.Measures such as improving public service levels and the quality of public spaces,mitigating the negative effects of road traffic,building harmonious neighborhood relations,and strengthening the spiritual construction of place are recommended to promote community identity and enhance the mental health benefits for residents of affordable housing communities.
