摘 要:本文基于工资溢价理论,采用CGSS调查问卷数据,结合19个省份的面板数据,深入探讨数字经济发展对农村青年劳动力就业质量的全面影响。研究结果显示,数字经济发展对农村青年劳动力就业质量具有显著促进作用,它在提升工资收入、加强社会保障以及增强就业稳定性等方面产生了积极的正面效应。然而,数字经济的发展也导致了一定程度的工作时长增加。通过分位数回归分析发现,数字经济对农村青年劳动力就业质量的促进作用呈现出一种“倒U型”关系。异质性分析表明,相较于受教育年限较低的劳动力,拥有较高受教育年限的劳动力在数字经济背景下其就业质量获得了更大的提升。机制分析表明,数字经济发展有助于降低农村青年劳动力的工作压力。This paper is based on the wage premium theory,the CGSS questionnaire data and the panel data of 19 provinces are used to explore the comprehensive impact of the development of digital economy on the employment quality of rural youth labor.The results show that the development of the digital economy has a significant effect on the employment quality of rural youth labor,and it has a positive effect on improving wage income,strengthening social security,and enhancing employment stability.However,the development of the digital economy has also led to a certain increase in working hours.Quantile regression analysis shows that the promotion effect of digital economy on the employment quality of rural youth labor presents an"inverted U-shaped"relationship.Heterogeneity analysis shows that the employment quality of the labor force with higher education years has been improved more than that of the labor force with lower years of education in the context of the digital economy.Mechanism analysis shows that the development of digital economy can help reduce the work pressure of rural youth labor.
