汉江生态经济带物流业发展及影响因素研究

摘  要:基于2009-2019年汉江生态经济带17个城市(林区)物流业面板数据,构建投入产出指标体系,采用包含非期望产出的加权加性距离之BAM模型测度效率值以评价物流业发展水平.再运用空间统计标准差椭圆和探索性空间数据分析方法,全面分析物流业发展的时空格局演化特征.最后建立Tobit回归模型以探究其影响因素.分别从推进省际交流合作、加强上中下游城市间合作等四个方面给出建议,以期促进汉江生态经济带区域物流协调发展,提高该区域物流整体发展水平.Based on the panel data of logistics industry of 17 cities(forest areas)in the Hanjiang River Ecological Economic Belt from 2009 to 2019,this paper constructed an input-output index system,using the Bounded Adjusted Measure(BAM)with undesirable outputs to measure logistics industry efficiency in the Hanjiang River Ecological Economic Belt,to evaluate the development of logistics industry.Then,using spatial statistical Standard Deviational Ellipse(SDE)and Exploratory Spatial Data Analysis(ESDA)methods to comprehensively analyze the evolution characteristics of spatio-temporal patterns of logistics industry development.Finally,Tobit Regression model is established to explore its influencing factors.The suggestions are provided from four perspectives respectively such as promoting inter-provincial exchanges and cooperation,strengthening cooperation between cities in the upper,middle and lower reaches and so on,to promote the coordinated development of regional logistics industry in the Hanjiang River Ecological Economic Belt and improve the overall development of regional logistics industry.
