摘　　要：把握新时代发展与建设的内涵基础上,从高校体育教学改革的使命、困境以及理性回归三个方面,对新时代的高校体育教学改革进行研究,以期通过科学、系统、理性的研究,为新时代高校体育教学改革助力.From the actual situation,Physical Education in Chinese colleges and universities is faced with a series of problems such as backward teaching idea,backward teaching facilities,uneven level of teachers and so on.Since entering the new era,Physical Education in colleges and universities should also face the outstanding problems,and improve the quality of Physical Education,improve the physical and mental health of students,so as to cultivate more outstanding talents in line with the requirements of development and construction in the new era.Therefore,this paper studies the reform of Physical Education in colleges and universities in the new era from three aspects:mission,dilemma and rational return,in order to help the reform of Physical Education in colleges and universities in the new era through scientific,systematic and rational researches.
