摘 要:探讨SDL带教模式结合心理健康教育对缓解高校大学生焦虑状态的效果.方法:选取不同年级在校大学生160名,根据随机数表法分为试验组和传统组.传统组使用传统带教方式开展教学,试验组在此基础上使用SDL带教模式结合心理健康教育,比较两组高校大学生的带教效果.结果:试验组高校大学生的理论成绩和实践操作成绩均高于传统组(P<0.001);试验组高校大学生的SAS评分和SDS评分低于传统组(P<0.05);试验组大学生的坚韧性评分、力量性评分和乐观性评分均高于传统组(P<0.05);试验组高校大学生对带教方式的满意度(97.50%)明显高于传统组(81.25%)(P=0.001).结论:SDL带教模式结合心理健康教育可缓解高校大学生的焦虑状态,改善带教效果.This study explores the effectiveness of combining SDL teaching model with mental health education in alleviating anxiety among college students.Methods:Six hundred and ten college students from different grades were selected and randomly divided into experimental and traditional groups by using a random number table method.The traditional group adopted conventional mentoring methods,while the experimental group utilized SDL teaching model combined with mental health education,comparing the mentoring outcomes between the two groups of college students.Results:The theoretical scores and practical operation scores of college students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the traditional group(P<0.001);SAS and SDS scores of college students in the experimental group were lower than those in the traditional group(P<0.05);the resilience,strength,and optimism scores of college students in the experimental group were all higher than those in the traditional group(P<0.05);the satisfaction rate of college students in the experimental group with the mentoring method was significantly higher than that of the traditional group(97.50%vs.81.25%)(P=0.001).Conclusion:Combining SDL teaching model with mental health education can alleviate anxiety among college students and improve teach outcomes.
