某煤层气田集输管道积液预测研究

摘  要:在煤层气管输过程中,液相容易在低温高压条件下析出,逐渐聚集在管道内部形成积液,影响管道的安全运行,准确预测管道积液量和积液严重区域对于积液防治具有重要意义。针对某煤层气田集输管道特点,选用适合的饱和含水量计算模型,根据物性和两相流等计算公式,构建煤层气集输管道积液预测模型。结合该煤层气田现场生产数据与仿真结果,验证已建模型的准确性,分析管道沿线压力、持液率等参数的变化,研究入口压力和温度对积液的影响规律。结果表明:该模型积液量的计算结果相对误差在1.82%~5.56%;随运行时间的推移,管道沿线压力和积液量逐渐增大,在243 h后,积液量达到最大值,积液主要分布在低洼管段上升部分;管道入口压力越低,饱和积液量越小,饱和水析出速率越大,排液周期越短;管道入口温度越低,饱和积液量越小,饱和水析出速率越小,排液周期越长。本研究建立的煤层气田集输管道积液预测模型可靠,能够为管道积液预防与控制提供科学指导。In the process of coalbed methane pipeline transportation,the liquid phase is easy to precipitate under low temperature and high pressure conditions,and gradually accumulates inside the pipeline to form liquid accumulation,which affects the safe operation of the pipeline.Accurately predicting the amount of liquid accumulation in the pipeline and the area with serious liquid accumulation is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of liquid accumulation.Based on the characteristics of the gathering pipeline in a coalbed methane field,a suitable calculation model of saturated water content is selected.According to the calculation formulas of physical properties and two-phase flow,a prediction model of liquid accumulation in a coalbed methane gathering pipeline is constructed.Combined with the field production data and simulation results of the coalbed methane field,the accuracy of the established model is verified,the changes of parameters such as pressure and liquid holdup along the pipeline are analyzed,and the influence law of inlet pressure and temperature on liquid accumulation is studied.The results show that the relative error of the liquid volume calculation results of the model is between 1.82%and 5.56%.With the passage of running time,the pressure along the pipeline and the amount of liquid accumulation gradually increase.After 243 h,the amount of liquid accumulation reaches the maximum value,and the liquid accumulation is mainly distributed in the rising part of the low-lying pipeline.The lower the inlet pressure of the pipeline,the smaller the saturated liquid volume,the greater the saturated water precipitation rate,and the shorter the drainage cycle.The lower the inlet temperature of the pipeline,the smaller the saturated liquid volume,the smaller the saturated water precipitation rate,and the longer the drainage cycle.The established prediction model of liquid accumulation in coalbed methane gathering pipelines is reliable,which can provide scientific guidance for the prevention and con
