油田加热炉提效因素分析及技术应用研究

摘  要:加热炉作为油田油气集输的重要工艺设备,担负着脱水加热、原稳加热、采暖加热等任务,是油田的耗能大户,也是油田节能降耗的重点。随着国家、企业对节约能源工作的重视,在加热炉上应用的节能新产品也层出不穷。因此针对不同站库设备特点,选择合适的加热炉提效技术尤为重要。某油田前期利用加热炉热效率计算方法明确了空气系数和排烟温度为影响炉效的主要因素,并根据分析结果结合数字化、产能及老区改造项目分别引进加热炉完整性管理、烟气余热回收、炉况优化、高效加热缓冲装置4项加热炉提效技术。从技术原理、应用效果及技术适应性三个方面开展加热炉提效技术应用效果评价,明确了通过以上4项技术可以实现优化空气系数、加快介质换热速度、降低排烟量、降低改造投资成本、提高加热炉热效率的目的,为油田节能减排技术应用提供参考。As an important process equipment for oil and gas gathering and transportation in oilfields,heating furnaces are responsible for tasks such as dehydration heating,crude oil stabilization heating,heating,etc.They are major energy consumers in oilfields,and also the focus of energy conservation and consumption reduction in oilfields.With the increasing attention of the country and enterprises to energy conservation work,new energy-saving products applied in heating furnaces are constantly emerging.Therefore,it is particularly important to choose the appropriate heating furnace efficiency improvement technology based on the characteristics of different station equipment.In the early stage,the calculation method of heating furnace thermal efficiency is used in an oilfield to clarify that air coefficient and exhaust gas temperature are the main factors affecting furnace efficiency.Based on the analysis results,combined with digitalization,production capacity,and old area renovation projects,four heating furnace efficiency improvement technologies are introduced,including heating furnace integrity management,flue gas waste heat recovery,furnace condition optimization,and high-efficiency heating buffer devices.The evaluation of the application effect of heating furnace efficiency improvement technology is carried out from three aspects:technical principles,application effects,and technical adaptability.It is clarified that the above four technologies can achieve the goals of optimizing air coefficient,accelerating medium heat transfer speed,reducing smoke exhaust volume,reducing renovation investment costs,and improving the thermal efficiency of heating furnaces.This provides reference for the application of energy-saving and emission reduction technologies in oilfields.
