煤层气田井口积液治理工艺研究与应用

摘  要:煤层气采用排水降压的排水采气方式,输送介质为湿气。管道内析出的水引起管网积液、冻堵,冬季生产时造成气量影响,且近年来气量影响逐年上升。为解决积液问题,在实际生产中逐步探索出凝液缸、放水扫线、中压反吹扫等技术,但在应用过程中仍存在各种不适应性,无法根治积液问题。针对此类问题,转变积液治理思路,由积液产生后“被动排放”模式转变为井口“前端治理”,基于OLGA多相流瞬态模拟软件建立煤层气管道水力模型,研究积液产生机理,明确不同排采阶段管线不同内积液成分,排采初期,积液由游离水和饱和水析出构成;排采后期,积液为饱和水析出构成,根据游离水和饱和水2种积液,研究出新型井口脱水工艺。结果表明,新型井口脱水工艺能有效去除煤层气混合流中液相组分70%以上,实现大部分积液在井场得到治理。本工艺可改变目前积液处理方式,增加煤层气积液控制技术储备,降低管线内积液,提高管输效率。Coalbed methane is discharged by drainage and depressurization,and the transport medium is wet gas.The water precipitated in the pipeline causes liquid accumulation and freezing blockage in the pipe network,which affects the gas volume during winter production,and the gas volume impact has increased year by year in recent years.In order to solve the problem of liquid accumulation,some technologies such as condensate cylinder,drainage line sweeping,and middle pressure reverse purging have been gradually explored in actual production,but there are still various inadaptabilities in the application process,which cannot cure the problem of liquid accumulation.In response to this problem,the idea of liquid accumulation treatment is changed from"passive discharge mode"after the generation of liquid accumulation to"front-end treatment"at the wellhead.Based on OLGA multiphase flow transient simulation software,the hydraulic model of coalbed methane pipeline is established to further study the mechanism of liquid accumulation,and the composition of different liquid accumulation in pipelines at different drainage and production stages is clarified.In the initial stage of drainage and production,the fluid accumulation consisted of free water and saturated water precipitation.In the late stage of drainage and production,the accumulated liquid consists of saturated precipitated water,and a new type of wellhead dewatering technology is developed according to two kinds of accumulated liquid modes:free water and saturated water.The results show that the new wellhead dewatering process can effectively remove more than 70%of the liquid component in the mixed flow of coalbed methane,and most of the accumulated liquid can be treated in the wellsite.It can change the current liquid accumulation treatment mode,increase the technical reserve of coalbed methane liquid accumulation control,reduce the liquid accumulation in the pipeline,and improve the efficiency of pipeline transportation.
