强夯置换墩复合地基技术在大型油罐地基处理中的应用

摘  要:10×10^(4)m^(3)、15×10^(4)m^(3)等大型油罐环墙基础下,地基压力约在220~260 kN/m^(2),地基压力水平作用面积大,在地基中影响深度较深。一般情况下,天然地基均不能满足大型油罐地基承载力和变形的要求,必须采取地基处理措施改善地基土的力学性能。强夯置换墩复合地基是将夯锤提到高处,使其自由落下形成夯坑,并不断夯击坑内回填的砂石等粗颗粒填料,使其形成连续密实的墩体,并与墩间土形成复合地基。经处理后的地基,既可较大幅度提高地基承载力、减小地基沉降,又改善了墩间土的排水条件,有利于饱和细颗粒地基土的固结。强夯置换墩复合地基具有加固效果显著、施工期短等优点,对于建造在高填方地基和高饱和度细颗粒土地基上的大型油罐地基处理,具有较大的技术及经济优势。The foundation pressure under the ring wall foundation of large oil tanks such as 10×10^(4) m^(3) and 15×10^(4)m^(3)is about 220-260 kN/m^(2),and the horizontal action area of the foundation pressure is large,which has a deep impact on the foundation.In general,natural foundation soils cannot meet the requirements for bearing capacity and deformation of large oil tank foundations,and foundation treatment measures must be taken to improve the mechanical properties of the foundation soils.The dynamic-replaced stone column composite foundation is to lift the hammer to a high place,and allow it to fall freely to form a compaction pit,and continuously compact the coarse particle fillers such as sand and gravel filled in the pit to form a continuous and dense pier body,and form a composite foundation with the soil between the piers.The treated foundation can significantly increase the bearing capacity of the foundation,reduce foundation settlement,and improve the drainage conditions of the soil between the sand and stone piers,which is conducive to the consolidation of saturated fine-grained foundation soil.The dynamic-replaced stone column composite foundation has significant reinforcement effects and short construction period,which has significant technical and economic advantages for the treatment of large oil tank foundations built on high fill foundations and high saturation fine particle soil foundations.
