摘  要:综述了近10年国内外离子膜电解工艺的最新技术进展。讨论了国内外现有技术中离子膜电解工艺、废盐回收处理、电催化等方向的技术进展,为电催化剂的设计应用与工业化氯碱工艺条件相结合提供了理论基础。重点关注其设计、合成、表征和工业可行性。概述了氯碱工艺的未来发展前景和所面临的机遇与挑战。This review gives an overview on the recent developments in the chlor-alkali process at home and abroad over the past decade.Advances in available technologies at home and abroad are discussed,such as ion-exchange membrane electrolysis,waste salt recycling,and electrocatalysis,so as to provide a theoretical foundation for the design and the industrial application of electrocatalysts combined with the existing conditions of the chlor-alkali process.Much attention is paid to their design,synthesis,characterization and industrial feasibility.Finally,the opportunities and challenges for the future development of the chlor-alkali process are outlined.
