摘 要:介绍了取消阴极底网的新型板簧式弹性结构的膜极距改造思路及方案。与常规改造相比,改进阴极弹性结构后,膜与阴极之间的碱液质量分数降低了3%~4%,温度降低3~4℃,阴极表面平整度更好,焊接误差小,表面无毛刺等。根据该方案的运行数据可知:改造后单元槽平均电压下降285mV,直流电耗下降196.7kW·h/t.The ideas and plans for the zero-gap modification that adopted a new type of leaf spring elastic structure instead of the cathode bottom mesh are introduced.Compared with conventional modifications,the new modification with improved cathode elastic structure has the following advantages:the mass fraction of alkaline solution between the membrane and the cathode decreases by 3%to 4%,the temperature decreases by 3 to 4℃,the surface flatness of thecathodeisbetter,theweldingerror is small,and there is no burrs on the surface.According to the operational data of the modification plan,it can be seen that after the modification,the average voltage of the unit element cell decreases by 285 mV,and the DC power consumption decreases by 196.7 kW.h/t.
