摘  要:Layered materials have long captivated the scientific community due to their extraordinary structures and versatile optoelectronic properties[1].Time-resolved spectroscopic techniques based on femtosecond lasers have been widely used to reveal the ultrafast electronic and lattice dynamics,which play pivotal roles in high-speed and high-efficiency optoelectronic devices based on these materials.Traditionally,these studies have focused on the in-plane behaviors observed by measurements on the basal surfaces of such materials.
