摘　　要：硫酸钙地板基材是一种可以大量利用工业副产石膏进行生产的新型石膏建材制品。介绍硫酸钙地板基材发展现状以及《硫酸钙地板基材》(JC/T 2623—2021)建材行业标准编制背景,从分类、规格尺寸、外观质量、尺寸偏差、密度、含水率、24 h吸水厚度膨胀率、中心集中荷载、燃烧性能、放射性等指标逐一分析,引导生产企业和市场进一步规范产品,为规范产品质量检测方法和质量标准提供具体可行的依据。该标准实施后,应用效果良好,加快了硫酸钙地板基材的发展,促进了工业副产石膏消纳,获得了良好经济效益。Base material of calcium sulfate floor is a kind of new gypsum building materials which can be produced by industrial by-product gypsum in large quantities.The development status of base material of calcium sulfate floor,the main background of the preparation of the building materials industry standard"Base material of calcium sulfate floor"(JC/T 2623—2021)are introduced,indicators in the standard are analyzed one by one,including the classification,size,appearance quality,size deviation,density,moisture content,24 h water absorption thickness expansion rate,central concentrated load,combustion performance and radioactivity,guiding production enterprise and market to further standardize products,and providing concrete and feasible basis for product quality testing methods and quality standards.After the implementation of the standard,the application effect is good,accelerating the development of base material of calcium sulfate floor,promoting the consumption of industrial by-product gypsum,and obtaining good economic benefits.
