摘 要:为给微生物菌肥开发提供优良菌株,从植物根际土壤中筛选具有高效溶磷能力的功能菌株,通过形态学、生理生化和16S rRNA基因序列同源性比对确定其分类地位,并对其溶磷能力、抗逆性及对黄瓜种子萌发的促生效果进行评价。筛选到8株溶磷菌,以菌株CBPW24溶磷效果最好,磷酸钙为磷源时溶磷量达224.17 mg/L,经鉴定为荧光假单胞菌。在温度15.0~37.0℃、w(NaCl)<2%和pH 5.0~9.0条件下生长良好,具有分泌铁载体和吲哚乙酸能力。适宜浓度的CBPW24发酵液可显著促进黄瓜种子萌发,根长和苗长分别比水对照增加25.49%和53.33%。In order to provide excellent strains for the development of microbial biofertilizers,highly efficient phosphate-solubilizing bacterial strains are screened from the rhizosphere soil of plants and their taxonomic positions are determined through morphological,physiological,biochemical,and 16S rRNA gene sequence analyses.Their phosphate-solubilizing capabilities,stress resistance,and effects on cucumber seed germination are evaluated.Eight phosphate-solubilizing strains are screened,with strain CBPW24 exhibiting the best phosphate-solubilizing performance,solubilizing up to 224.17 mg/L of calcium phosphate in the medium.Strain CBPW24 is identified as pseudomonas fluorescens.The strain grows well at temperatures from 15.0 to 37.0℃,salt concentrations less than 2%,and pH ranging from 5.0 to 9.0.It also has the capacity to secrete siderophores and IAA.The seed germination assay shows that the appropriate concentration of the CBPW24 fermentation broth significantly promotes cucumber seed germination,increasing root length and seedling length by 25.49% and 53.33% respectively compared to the water control.
