磷酸胍阻燃剂的合成及应用

摘　　要：磷酸胍盐对纸张具有良好的阻燃效果,我国磷酸胍产品下游需求主要集中于纸张阻燃方面。以聚磷酸、碳酸胍为原料制备磷酸胍阻燃剂,探究了合成工艺的选择,反应合成设备型式,聚磷酸分解时间、温度,反应搅拌电机频率等,并与磷酸二氢铵开展了阻燃及耐热性实验对比。合成的磷酸胍阻燃剂在纸张阻燃应用效果达到GB/T 14656—2009《阻燃纸和纸板燃烧性能试验方法》的要求,当阻燃性能与磷酸二氢铵阻燃性能相当时,磷酸胍添加量只有磷酸二氢铵的1/2,相同的温度下磷酸胍耐热性明显优于磷酸二氢铵。Guanidine phosphate has a good flame retardant effect on paper,and the downstream demand for guanidine phosphate products in China mainly focuses on paper.The guanidine phosphate flame retardant is prepared with polyphosphate and guanidine carbonate as raw materials.The selection of synthesis process,the form of reaction synthesis equipment,the decomposition time and temperature of polyphosphate,reaction stirring speed,etc.are explored,and the product is compared with ammonium dihydrogen phosphate in flame retardant and heat resistance tests.The synthesized guanidine phosphate flame retardant meets the requirements of GB/T 146562009"Test method for burning behavior of flame-retardant paper and board"in paper flame retardant applications.When the flame retardant performance is equivalent to that of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate,the amount of guanidine phosphate added is only half of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate.At the same temperature,guanidine phosphate has significantly better heat resistance than ammonium dihydrogen phosphate.
