摘 要:湿法磷酸主要用于生产磷酸盐和磷肥,其杂质含量较高,必须进一步净化才能达到食品级、药用级甚至电子级磷酸等高附加值产品的要求。介绍湿法磷酸净化方法,包括预处理过程、深度净化过程;结合湿法磷酸提纯工艺的发展现状,针对目前该领域面临的问题,总结和对比国内外主流湿法磷酸净化工艺,并对湿法磷酸净化产业提出发展建议。WPA is mainly used for the production of phosphate and phosphate fertilizers,which has high impurity content and must be further purified to meet the requirements of high value-added products such as food grade,pharmaceutical grade,and even electronic grade phosphoric acid.The purification methods of WPA including pretreatment process and deep purification process are introduced;Based on the current development status of WPA purification technology and the problems faced in this field,the mainstream purification processes at home and abroad are summarized and compared,and the development suggestions for the WPA purification industry are put forward.
