摘 要:萃余酸是溶剂萃取法生产湿法净化磷酸不可避免的副产物,因其含有大量的杂质而难以回收利用,带来的磷化工产业健康发展问题日益突出,萃余酸高效高值利用是当前磷化工行业面临的难题。介绍萃余酸的来源及性质;综述萃余酸在制备肥料级产品、饲料级产品、高附加值产品(工业级磷酸一铵、磷酸脲、三聚磷酸钠、磷酸二氢钾)以及作磷矿选矿调节剂方面的应用,阐述萃余酸净化工艺研究进展,并就萃余酸的综合利用进行展望。Residual acid is an inevitable by-product of purification of wet-process phosphoric acid produced by solvent extraction method,which is difficult to recycle due to its large amount of impurities,and brings about an increasingly prominent problem of healthy development of the phosphorus chemical industry.It is a difficult problem for the phosphorus chemical industry to realize high value utilization of residual acid.The sources and properties of residual acids are introduced;The application of residual acid in the preparation of fertilizer grade products,feed grade products,high added value products(such as industrial grade monoammonium phosphate,urea phosphate,sodium tripolyphosphate,potassium dihydrogen phosphate),and as a phosphate ore dressing regulator are summarized.The research progress of residual acid purification technology is elaborated,and the comprehensive utilization of residual acid is prospected.
