褐藻提取物对条斑紫菜生长的促进作用研究

摘  要:海藻提取物在农业上已被广泛应用,但其在经济海藻上尚处于初始研究阶段。就海带、裙带菜、萱藻、幅叶藻及鼠尾藻的酶解提取物对条斑紫菜叶状体生长和光合生理的作用进行研究,比较分析不同褐藻提取物的促进效果,并对酶解提取物主要活性物质含量进行测定,以探究其促进生长的物质基础及可能的作用机制。结果表明,鼠尾藻提取物稀释1500倍浸泡条斑紫菜30min的处理促进效果最佳,日生长率为22.41%,海带提取物稀释2000倍浸泡30 min日生长率为21.49%,均显著高于对照(9.48%),并且相应的光合作用指标也显著高于对照及其他处理。5种褐藻提取物活性物质含量中,海带和鼠尾藻提取物的可溶性多糖含量高于其他提取物,鼠尾藻提取物叶绿素a及类胡萝卜素含量也高于其他提取物。本研究可为海藻提取物开发提供新资源,并可拓展海藻提取物在经济海藻上的应用,从而促进海藻产业的健康可持续性发展。Seaweed extracts have been widely applied in agriculture,but their application in economic seaweeds is still in the early stages.The effects of the enzymatic extracts from Saccharina japonica(SJ),Undaria pinnatifida(UP),Scytosiphon lomentarius(SL),Petalonia fascia(PF)and Sargassum thunbergi(ST)on Neopyropia yezoensis are compared and analyzed,the content of the main active substances in the enzymatic extracts is determined to explore the material basis and possible mechanism of their growth promotion.The results show that the treatment of soaking Neopyropia yezoensis in 1500 fold dilution of ST extract for 30 minutes has the best promotion effect,with daily growth rate of 22.41%,while the treatment of SJ extract in 2000 fold dilution for 30 minutes has daily growth rate of 21.49%,both significantly higher than the control(at 9.48%).In addition,the corresponding photosynthetic indicators are also significantly higher than the control and other treatments.Among the five types of brown algae extracts,the polysaccharide content of SJ and ST is higher than that of other extracts,and the chlorophyll a and carotenoid content of ST is also higher than that of other extracts.This study can provide new resources for the exploitation of seaweed extracts and expand their application in economic seaweeds,promoting the healthy and sustainable development of the seaweed industry.
