摘 要:为实现废菜叶厌氧发酵产生沼气发电过程中产生的沼渣资源化利用,以沼渣为原料,辅以泥炭、烟末、中和液等材料,考察不同配方的物料在发酵过程中温度、有机质含量、碳氮比、EC值的变化情况,并对所得有机肥产品进行大田生菜的肥效试验。结果表明,采用废菜叶沼渣发酵制备有机肥过程中的各项指标较理想,制取的有机肥产品指标符合NY/T 525—2021《有机肥料》标准要求;所制有机肥产品能显著提高生菜生物性状和产量,平均667 m^(2)产量较空白增加0.37 t,根据生菜市场价格3.0元/kg计算,比空白处理的667 m^(2)收入增加约1110元,具有很好的经济效益,为废菜叶沼渣的资源化利用提供了一条路径。In order to achieve the resource utilization of biogas residue generated during anaerobic fermentation of waste vegetable leaves for power generation,biogas residue is used as raw material,supplemented with materials such as peat,smoke powder,and neutralizing liquid.The changes in temperature,organic matter content,carbon nitrogen ratio,and EC value of different formulations of materials during the fermentation process are investigated,and the resulting organic fertilizer products are subjected to fertilizer efficiency planting experiments on romaine lettuce in the field.The results show that the various indicators of organic fertilizer prepared from waste vegetable leaves and biogas residue during the fermentation process are ideal,and the indicators of the produced organic fertilizer products meet the requirements of NY/T 525-2021 Organic Fertilizer;Organic fertilizer can significantly improve the biological traits and yield of romaine lettuce,with an average yield increase of 0.37 tons per 667 m^(2)compared to the blank treatment.According to romaine lettuce market prices of 3.0 RMB Yuan/kg,the income of per 667 m^(2)is increased by about 1110 RMB Yuan compared to the blank treatment,which has good economic benefits and provides a path for the utilization of waste vegetable leaves and biogas residue.
