摘  要:结合大型湿法磷酸装置普遍存在的萃取槽尾气风机运行周期短,萃取槽尾气洗涤系统硅胶堵塞喷管、喷头,硅胶挂壁系统管道、设备,系统抽风机严重震动,叶轮松动后轴头腐蚀等问题,分析产生的原因。经分析研究发现抽风机叶轮失衡震动的主要原因是尾气洗涤系统硅胶后移到抽风机,硅胶后移的主要原因是洗涤效果差和洗涤下来的硅胶没有及时分离移除。对气相横管、管道洗涤器、喷头进行改造,在抽风机前有效分离并移除硅胶,改造后运行周期从3~7 d延长到2年左右。Based on the common problems in large-scale wet-process phosphoric acid plants,such as the short operating cycle of the exhaust fan in the extraction tank,silica gel blockage of the spray nozzle and nozzle in the extraction tank exhaust washing system,silica gel wall hanging system pipeline and equipment,severe vibration of the system exhaust fan,and corrosion of the shaft head after impeller loosening,the causes of these problems are analyzed.After analysis and research,it is found that the main reason for the unbalanced vibration of the exhaust fan impeller is that the silica gel in the exhaust gas washing system moves back to the exhaust fan.The main reason for the silica gel moving back is poor washing effect and the silica gel washed down is not separated and removed in time.The gas-phase horizontal pipe,pipeline scrubber and nozzle are modified to effectively separate and remove silica gel before the exhaust fan.After the modification,the operating cycle is extended from 3-7 days to about 2 years.
