基于“肾虚血瘀”病机核心探讨秦国政教授运用通精助育汤论治精索静脉曲张不育症

摘　　要：秦国政教授认为,精索静脉曲张不育症病机核心为"肾虚血瘀",血瘀日久,血不养精,终致肾精亏虚,治宜益肾活血养精,临床常用通精助育汤,收效显著,现将秦国政教授从肾虚血瘀运用通精助育汤论治精索静脉曲张不育症经验总结如下。Professor Qin Guozheng thinks that the pathogenesis of varicocele infertility is the core of"kidney deficiency and blood stasis",blood stasis for a long time,blood does not raise essence,resulting in kidney essence deficiency,the clinical commonly used Tongjing Zhuyu Decoction,the effect is significant,now professor Qin Guozheng from kidney deficiency and blood stasis Tongjing Zhuyu Decoction to treat varicocele infertility experience is summarized as follows.
