秦国政教授应用“补通敛镇法”治疗免疫性不育经验浅析

摘　　要：文章总结云岭名医秦国政教授运用“补通敛镇法”治疗免疫性不育的经验。秦教授认为免疫性不育以“正气不足、邪实阻扰、阴精失束、阳动过亢”为主要病机,治疗时应灵活合用补、通、敛、镇四法,从而起到充正、散邪、束阴、潜阳的作用,以取得满意的临床疗效,并举验案2则予以例证说明。This paper summarizes the experience of professor Qin Guozheng,famous doctor in Yunling,in the treatment of immune infertility.Professor Qin believes that the main pathogenesis of immune infertility is"deficiency of healthy obstruction of pathogenic excess,loss of Yin essence and hyperactivity of Yang movement".When treating immune infertility,we should flexibly combine the four a Qi,methods of tonifying,dredging,converging and calming,so as to play the role of enriching healthy Qi,dispersing pathogenic factors,restraining Yin and latent Yang,so as to achieve satisfactory clinical efficacy.Two cases are cited to illustrate the treatment.
