摘  要:高校异地校区由于缺乏自生能力,与主校区间形成“中心-外围”结构,处于边缘和依附地位。构建高校、异地校区、政府、企业等平等自主、紧密协作、互惠互利、共同参与的多中心协同治理格局,是提升异地校区自生能力的客观要求。异地校区在多中心协同共治格局下增强自生能力,要以高校的统一领导和赋权赋能为根本保障,以异地校区的内生发展和提能增效为主体基础,以其他校区错位发展和协同共进为内部合力。Due to the lack of self-viability,the remote campus of colleges and universities forms a"center-periphery"structure with the main campus,which is in the edge and dependent position.Building a multi-center collaborative governance pattern featuring equality,autonomy,close coop-eration,mutual benefit and joint participation among universities,remote campuses,governments and enterprises are objective requirements for improving the self-sustainability of remote campuses.To enhance the self-viability of remote campus under the multi-center co-governance pattern,it is necessary to take the unified leadership and empowerment of colleges and universities as the funda-mental guarantee,take the endogenous development and enhancement of remote campus as the main basis,and take the dislocation development and coordination of other campuses as the internal force.
