摘　　要：现阶段,博士生就业问题引发关注。为揭示博士生求学动机与就业准备之间的关系,本研究通过倾向值匹配和回归分析的方法(PSM-OLS)对Nature杂志于2021年发布的全球性全日制博士调查数据进行分析。结果发现:博士生求学动机类型与博士生就业准备之间存在因果关系;求学动机能够显著影响博士生能力发展、就业倾向、学术职业心理准备以及读博期间的情感体验。持有不同类型求学动机的博士生应从不同维度加强就业准备,内外兼修方能应对变局。At present,the employment of PhD student has aroused the concern.In order to reveal the relationship between study motivation and employment readiness,this study used the propensi-ty value matching and regression analysis(PSM-OLS)to analyze the data of a global survey of full-time PhD students published in Nature in 2021.The results show that there is a causal relationship between the motivation type of PhD students and their employment readiness.Study motivation can significantly affect the development of PhD students'ability,employment tendency,academic and professional psychological preparation and emotional experience during PhD study.PhD students with different types of motivation should strengthen employment readiness in different dimensions,and can cope with the changes by both internal and external training.
