摘　　要：研究生学风建设是培养创新型、复合型、应用型人才的基石和保障。研究生学术活动与学风建设在育人目标上相互呼应,在育人机制上相互贯通,在育人策略上相互促进。在学术活动融入研究生学风建设的过程中,学术能力与学术道德、内生动力与外部调控、短期激励与长期影响、学术自由与学术秩序这四对关系互为补充。上海交通大学机械与动力工程学院从制度、队伍、平台、资源四个层面开展常态化学术活动,将学术活动有效地融入了研究生学风建设之中。The construction of graduate study style is the cornerstone and guarantee of cultivating innovative,composite and applied talents.The academic activities of graduate students and the con-struction of study style echo each other in the goal of educating students,penetrate each other in the mechanism of educating students,and promote each other in the strategy of educating students.In the process of integrating academic activities into the construction of graduate study style,the fol-lowing complements each other:academic ability and academic ethics,internal motivation and ex-ternal regulation,short-term incentive and long-term influence,and academic freedom and academ-ic order.The School of Mechanical and Power Engineering of Shanghai Jiao Tong University car-ries out the regular academic activities from the four levels:system,team,platform and resources;and effectively integrates the academic activities into the construction of postgraduate study style.
