颞筋膜组织在鼻背皮肤菲薄患者鼻整形中的初步应用

摘　　要：目的探讨颞筋膜组织在鼻背皮肤菲薄患者鼻整形中的应用效果。方法自2021年1月至2023年12月,上海联合丽格医疗美容门诊部对28例鼻整形患者采用颞筋膜覆盖假体改善鼻背皮肤菲薄和假体显形,观察术后鼻整形改善效果和患者满意度。结果28例患者随访6~12个月,平均(7.1±1.1)个月。满意度评分:鼻背形态(9.5±1.3)分,鼻额角(9.1±1.2)分,鼻面角(9.4±1.4)分,鼻尖形态(9.0±1.3)分,鼻孔形态(8.9±2.3)分。患者满意率为92.86%(26/28),随访时患者对鼻背整体形态满意度较高。1例患者术后1个月内自觉鼻背偏宽,6个月后肿胀消退,筋膜吸收后改善。1例自觉鼻根偏高,二次手术调整后形态满意。结论在鼻整形术中采用颞筋膜组织覆盖假体,可以增厚鼻背组织,改善假体显形,鼻背形态自然流畅,效果稳定,是一种值得推广的技术。Objective To explore the application effect of temporal fascia tissue in rhinoplasty for patients with thin nasal dorsal skin.Methods From January 2021 to December 2023,the Shanghai United Lige Medical Cosmetology Clinic used temporal fascia to cover prostheses to improve nasal dorsal skin thinness and prosthesis appearance in 28 patients,and observed the postoperative rhinoplasty effect and patient satisfaction.Results Twenty-eight patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months,with an average of(7.1±1.1)months.Satisfaction score:nasal dorsum morphology(9.5±1.3),nasal frontal angle(9.1±1.2),nasal facial angle(9.4±1.4),nasal tip morphology(9.0±1.3),and nostril morphology(8.9±2.3),with a satisfactionrate of 92.86%(26/28).All patients showed high satisfaction with nasal dorsum morphology.One patient felt a widening of the nasal dorsum within 1 month after surgery,but the swelling subsided 6 months later and improved after fascia absorption.One patient felt nasal root height and a satisfactory shape after secondary surgery adjustment.Conclusion The use of temporal fascia tissue to cover the prosthesis in rhinoplasty can thicken the nasal dorsal tissue,improve the appearance of the prosthesis,and provide a natural and smooth nasal dorsal shape with stable results.It is a technology worth promoting.
