摘　　要：在整形外科领域中,软骨移植常常用作各类鼻部美容与修复手术。然而,术后的软骨吸收问题也同时存在,产生较多不良后果,直接影响着手术的美学效果,不仅影响患者的外在形象,还可能对其心理状态造成负面影响,导致患者满意度降低和预后不良。软骨吸收的因素主要包括术前、术中和术后因素,但具体机制仍需更多临床及基础实验研究进一步明确。现对鼻整形常用的软骨移植物及其术后软骨吸收率、影响吸收的因素、可能存在的吸收机制作一综述。In the field of plastic surgery,cartilage transplantation is often used for various nasal cosmetic and repair operations.However,the problem of postoperative cartilage absorption also exists,which has many adverse consequences and directly affects the aesthetic effect of surgery.It not only damages the external image of patients,but also may have a negative impact on their psychological state,resulting in reduced patient satisfaction and poor prognosis.The factors of cartilage resorption mainly include pre-operative,intraoperative and postoperative factors,but the specific mechanism still needs further clinical and basic experimental research.This article reviews the common cartilage grafts used in rhinoplasty and their postoperative cartilage absorption rate,the factors affecting the absorption,and the possible absorption mechanism.
