摘　　要：鼻缺损修复术不仅要对鼻部功能进行修复,还要对美学结构进行精细的重建。目前,鼻缺损修复有多种方法,其中,鼻唇沟皮瓣因色泽、质地与鼻部皮肤相近,血供丰富,且易于设计,操作简便,在鼻缺损修复术中得到了广泛应用。现介绍3种常用于修复鼻缺损的鼻唇沟皮瓣,以期为整形外科医师行鼻修复术提供参考。Nasal defect repair demands not only the restoration of nasal function but also the meticulous reconstruction of aesthetic structure.Currently,a variety of methods exist for nasal defect repair.Among them,nasolabial fold flaps have been extensively utilized in nasal defect repair due to their resemblance in color and texture to nasal skin,abundant blood supply,as well as the convenience in design and simplicity of operation.Three types of nasolabial fold flaps commonly employed for nasal defect repair are introduced to offer references for plastic surgeons undertaking nasal repair surgeries.
