摘 要:白发是人类衰老的生理特征之一,可以由各种内外部因素引起或加重,严重影响患者的社会生活和心理健康。除毛球中黑色素细胞外,毛囊衰老及毛囊中黑色素干细胞(melanocyte stem cell,Mc SCs)均参与了毛发白化过程。分子生物学和遗传学的最新研究也补充了对毛发白化机制的理解,阐明了参与毛囊中黑色素生成、分布以及调控上述过程的相关基因。笔者总结了黑色素细胞的谱系发育、黑色素生成的调控机制及毛囊衰老的主要机制,并在此基础上探讨了白发防治的思路及前景。Grey hair is one of the physiological characteristics of human aging,which can also be caused or exacerbated by various internal and external factors,seriously affecting the social life and mental health of patients.Research shows that in addition to melanocytes in hair bulbs,hair follicle aging and melanocyte stem cells(McSCs)are also involved in the process of hair graying.The latest research in molecular biology and genetics has also supplemented our understanding of the mechanism of hair graying,elucidating the genes involved in the synthesis,transportation,and distribution of melanin in HF,as well as regulating these processes.This article summarizes the lineage development of melanocytes,the regulatory mechanisms of melanin production,and the main mechanisms of hair follicle aging.Based on this,we explore the ideas and prospects for the prevention and treatment of grey hair.
