桂枝茯苓胶囊联合地诺孕素对OEC术后患者卵巢功能与血清CA125、CA19-9的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析桂枝茯苓胶囊联合地诺孕素对卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿(OEC)术后患者卵巢功能与血清肿瘤标志物的影响。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年9月乐平市中医医院妇产科收治的90例OEC术后患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方案分为地诺孕素组(n=42)和联合组(n=48)。地诺孕素组给予地诺孕素治疗,联合组在地诺孕素组的基础上给予桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗。对比两组临床疗效、中医症候积分、卵巢功能[卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)]、血清肿瘤标志物[糖类抗原125(CA125)、糖类抗原199(CA19-9)]。结果:联合组总有效率显著高于地诺孕素组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组腰膝酸软、经行腹痛、神疲乏力评分及E2、CA125、CA19-9均低于治疗前,FSH、LH均高于治疗前,且联合组腰膝酸软、经行腹痛、神疲乏力评分及E2、CA125、CA19-9均低于地诺孕素组,FSH、LH均高于地诺孕素组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:桂枝茯苓胶囊联合地诺孕素治疗OEC术后患者具有良好的临床疗效,可促进卵巢功能的恢复,降低血清CA125、CA19-9水平。Objective:To analyze the effects of Guizhi Fuling Capsules combined with Dienogest on ovarian function and serum tumor markers in patients with ovarian endometrial cyst(OEC)after operation.Method:A total of 90 patients with OEC after operation treated in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of Leping Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into Dienogest group(n=42)and combined group(n=48)according to the treatment plan.The Dienogest group was treated with Dienogest,and the combined group was treated with Guizhi Fuling Capsules on the basis of Dienogest group.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,ovarian function[follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2)],serum tumor markers[carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA19-9)]of the two groups was compared.Result:The total effective rate of combined group was significantly higher than that of Dienogest group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,lumbar and knee weakness,menstrual pain,fatigue scores and E2,CA125,CA19-9 in both groups were lower than those before treatment,FSH and LH were higher than those before treatment,and lumbar and knee weakness,menstrual pain,fatigue scores and E2,CA125,CA19-9 in the combined group were lower than those in the Dienogest group,and FSH and LH were higher than those in the Dienogest group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Guizhi Fuling Capsules combined with Dienogest has a good clinical effect in the treatment of postoperative OEC patients,which can promote the recovery of ovarian function and reduce the levels of serum CA125 and CA19-9.
