加味桂枝茯苓汤合血府逐瘀汤治疗卵巢囊肿的效果及对卵巢功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨加味桂枝茯苓汤合血府逐瘀汤治疗卵巢囊肿的效果及对卵巢功能的影响。方法:选择2020年1月—2023年12月于航空总医院就诊的80例卵巢囊肿患者,依据随机数字表法分将其分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。对照组给予加味桂枝茯苓汤治疗,观察组给予加味桂枝茯苓汤合血府逐瘀汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效、卵巢功能、中医症候积分、不良反应发生率。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组抗米勒管激素(AMH)、雌二醇(E_(2))、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗3个月后,两组卵巢功能指标均较治疗前改善,观察组AMH、E_(2)均高于对照组,FSH、LH均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组各中医症候积分均较治疗前降低,且观察组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相比单独应用加味桂枝茯苓汤,加味桂枝茯苓汤合血府逐瘀汤可明显改善卵巢囊肿患者临床症状及卵巢功能,同时未见明显不良反应。Objective:To explore the effect of supplemented Guizhi Fuling Decoction combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on the treatment of ovarian cysts and its influence on ovarian function.Method:A total of 80 patients with ovarian cysts who were treated in Aviation General Hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with supplemented Guizhi Fuling Decoction,and the observation group was treated with supplemented Guizhi Fuling Decoction combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction.The clinical efficacy,ovarian function,TCM syndrome score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in anti-mullerian hormone(AMH),estradiol(E_(2)),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment,ovarian function indexes in both groups were improved compared with those before treatment,AMH and E_(2) in observation group were higher than those in control group,FSH and LH were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with supplemented Guizhi Fuling Decoction alone,supplemented Guizhi Fuling Decoction combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and ovarian function of patients with ovarian cyst,and no obvious adverse reactions were observed.
