针刺董氏奇穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨针刺董氏奇穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果,以期为临床治疗提供依据。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年8月萍乡市中医院针灸科明确诊断腰椎间盘突出症的患者60例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)和研究组(30例)。对照组采用常规针灸治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用董氏奇穴治疗。共治疗14 d,比较两组的临床疗效、疼痛评分指标、活动功能指标、腰椎功能指标及炎症指标。结果:研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)与治疗前比较均下降,日本骨科协会(JOA)评分与治疗前比较均升高,且研究组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)均较治疗前明显下降,且研究组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腰椎间盘突出症患者实施针刺董氏奇穴治疗,可减轻患者疼痛和炎症反应,改善腰椎活动功能,提高活动度及临床疗效。Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of acupuncture at Dong's Qi acupoint on lumbar disc herniation,in order to provide a basis for clinical treatment.Method:From June 2022 to August 2023,60 patients definitely diagnosed with lumbar disc herniation were selected from the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion of Pingxiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into the control group(30 cases)and the study group(30 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture and moxibustion,while the study group was treated with Dong's Qi acupoint on the basis of the control group.A total of 14 days of treatment were conducted,and the clinical efficacy,pain score indicators,activity function indicators,lumbar spine function indicators,and inflammation indicators were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of study group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores and Oswestry disability index(ODI)of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the Japanese orthopaedic association(JOA)scores were higher than those before treatment,and those in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)of the two group were significantly lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture at Dong's Qi acupoint in patients with lumbar disc herniation can alleviate pain and inflammation,improve lumbar spine function,enhance mobility,and improve clinical efficacy.
