摘　　要：目的运用文献计量学工具分析耳念珠菌的研究热点和前沿,为今后的研究提供参考。方法从Web of Science核心合集(WOSCC)中筛选2009-2022年关于耳念珠菌的文献,利用CtieSpace软件对该领域的国家、机构、作者、文献、关键词进行可视化分析。结果共纳入耳念珠菌相关文献1042篇,文献数量呈逐年增加趋势,美国是这一领域最有影响力的国家。美国Centers for Disease Control and Prevention和荷兰Canisius Wilhelmina Hospital机构的论文数量并列第一。Meis JF发表的相关文献最多。一段时间以来,“antifungal resistance”“Candida albican”“identification”一直是该领域的研究热点,“United States”和“antifungal activity”是近年来的研究热点。结论近十年来随着耳念珠菌的研究热点从鉴定方式、消毒隔离逐渐转变到耐药机制和抗真菌药物的研究,并且随着多重耐药耳念珠菌的相继报道,仍将为未来的研究的热点和难点。Objective To analyze the research hotspots and frontiers of Candida auris by using bibliometric tools,so as to provide reference materials for future research.Methods The literature on Candida auris from 2009 to 2022 was screened from the Web of Science Core Collection(WOSCC),and CtieSpace software was used to visualize the countries,institutions,authors,literature and keywords in this field.Results A total of 1042 literatures related to Candida auris were included,and the number of literatures showed an increasing trend year by year.The United States was the most influential country in this field.Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in the United States and Canisius Wilhelmina Hospital in the Netherlands ranked first in the number of papers.Meis JF had published the most relevant literature.For some time,“antifungal resistance”“Candida albican”and“identification”had been the research hotspots in this field,and“United States”and“antifungal activity”had been the research hotspots in recent years.Conclusion In the past decade,the research focus of Candida auris has gradually changed from identification methods,disinfection and isolation to drug resistance mechanism and antifungal drugs.With the successive reports of multi-drug resistant Candida auris,it will still be a hot and difficult research in the future.
