摘 要:目的对百眼藤总蒽醌的提取工艺进行研究,考察百眼藤总蒽醌小鼠单次给药毒性反应,为后续百眼藤总蒽醌的动物药效实验剂量设计提供理论依据。方法利用分光光度法测定百眼藤提取物中总蒽醌的含量,采用响应曲面法对百眼藤提取工艺进行考察。结果百眼藤总蒽醌的的最佳提取条件为提取溶剂66.26%乙醇,料液比1∶7.94,提取时间148.74 min。结论本研究为百眼藤药材中总蒽醌的最佳提取工艺提供了实验依据。Objective To study the extraction process of total anthraquinone in Morinda parvifolia,and to investigate the single-dose toxicity of total anthraquinone in mice,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the dose design of animal efficacy experiment of total anthraquinone in Morinda parvifolia.Methods The content of total anthraquinones was determined by spectrophotometry,and the extraction process was investigated by response surface methodology.Results The optimum extraction conditions of total anthraquinones were as follows:extraction solvent 66.26%ethanol,solid-liquid ratio 1:7.94,extraction time 148.74 min.Conclusion This study provides an experimental basis for the optimal extraction process of total anthraquinones in Morinda parvifolia.
