摘 要:目的应用16SrDNA测序技术分析早产儿坏死性小肠结肠炎(NEC)肠道菌群变化情况。方法以2021年1月-2023年7月在湖南省妇幼保健院出生、出生胎龄<32周、出生后24 h内住院、住院过程并发NEC的早产儿20例作为研究对象,于发病后2 h内收集NEC组和匹配对照组20例出生胎龄<32周、出生后24 h内早产儿粪便标本,采用高通量测序技术对两组患儿肠道菌群进行分析。结果两组早产儿及其母亲的一般情况比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);但NEC组肠道菌群不动杆菌属、假单胞菌属高于对照组(P<0.05);Alpha多样性分析显示,NEC组Shannon指数和Simpson指数高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早产儿肠道菌群不动杆菌属、假单胞菌属增多可能与NEC的发生有关。Objective To analyze the changes of intestinal flora in premature infants with necrotizing enterocolitis(NEC)by 16SrDNA sequencing.Methods A total of 20 premature infants born in Hunan Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January 2021 to July 2023,with gestational age<32 weeks,hospitalization within 24 h after birth,and complications of NEC during hospitalization were selected as the study objects.Within 2 hours after the onset of the disease,fecal samples of 20 premature infants in the NEC group and matched control group with gestational age<32 weeks and within 24 h after birth were collected,and the intestinal flora of the children in the two groups was analyzed by high-throughput sequencing technology.Results There was no significant difference in the general conditions of premature infants and their mothers between the two groups(P>0.05).However,the intestinal flora of Acinetobacter and Pseudomonas in the NEC group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Alpha diversity analysis showed that the Shannon index and Simpson index of the NEC group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The increase of Acinetobacter and Pseudomonas in the intestinal flora of premature infants may be related to the occurrence of NEC.
