摘　　要：目的分析红外线治疗仪联合大黄芒硝药袋外敷对剖宫产患者术后切口愈合的效果。方法选取2021年1月-2023年11月芦溪县妇幼保健院收治的60例剖宫产患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将所有患者分为对照组与研究组,每组30例。对照组开展红外线治疗仪治疗,研究组开展红外线治疗仪联合大黄芒硝药袋外敷治疗,比较两组切口疼痛分级情况、切口愈合情况、临床症状消失时间。结果研究组0级、Ⅰ级疼痛发生率高于对照组,且Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级疼痛发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组0级、Ⅰ级切口肿胀发生率高于对照组,且Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级切口肿胀发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组甲级愈合率高于对照组,且乙级、丙级愈合率均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组临床症状消失时间(瘙痒消失时间、肿胀消失时间、疼痛消失时间、分泌物消失时间、切口硬结消退时间)均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论红外线治疗仪联合大黄芒硝药袋外敷在剖宫产术后切口愈合中的疗效确切,对改善患者切口疼痛程度具有积极意义,值得临床应用。Objective To analyze the effect of infrared therapy instrument combined with external application of rhubarb and mirabilite bag on incision healing after cesarean section.Methods A total of 60 patients with cesarean section admitted to Luxi County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to November 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,all patients were divided into control group and study group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with infrared therapy instrument,and the study group was treated with infrared therapy instrument combined with external application of rhubarb and mirabilite bag.The incision pain grading,incision healing and disappearance time of clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of grade 0 and gradeⅠpain in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of gradeⅡand gradeⅢpain was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of grade 0 and gradeⅠincision swelling in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of gradeⅡand gradeⅢincision swelling was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The healing rate of grade A in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the healing rate of grade B and grade C was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of clinical symptoms(itching disappearance time,swelling disappearance time,pain disappearance time,secretion disappearance time,incision induration disappearance time)in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of infrared therapeutic instrument combined with external application of rhubarb and mirabilite bag in incision healing after cesarean section is definite,which has positive significance for improving the degree of incision pain in patients,and is worthy of clinical application.
