达格列净联合二甲双胍在2型糖尿病治疗中的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨达格列净联合盐酸二甲双胍在2型糖尿病患者中的临床疗效。方法收集2021年5月-2022年5月在西安市人民医院内分泌科就诊的160例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(80例)和治疗组(80例)。对照组给予盐酸二甲双胍治疗,治疗组采用达格列净联合二甲双胍治疗,比较两组糖脂代谢水平、胰岛功能指标及不良反应发生率。结果两组治疗后血糖水平均下降,且治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后血脂水平(TG、TC、LDL-C)均下降,且治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后空腹胰岛素(FINS)、餐后2 h胰岛素(2 h INS)、胰岛β细胞功能指数(HOMA-β)均升高,胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)均降低,且治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率(11.25%)与对照组(17.50%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论达格列净联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病患者,能有效改善血糖、胰岛功能,且不良反应的发生率低。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of dapagliflozin combined with metformin hydrochloride in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 160 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were treated in the Department of Endocrinology of Xi′an People's Hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were collected as subjects.They were divided into control group(80 patients)and treatment group(80 patients)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with metformin hydrochloride,and the treatment group was treated with dapagliflozin combined with metformin.The levels of glucose and lipid metabolism,islet function indexes and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The blood glucose levels of the two groups decreased after treatment,and those of the treatment group were better than those of the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood lipid levels(TG,TC,LDL-C)of the two groups decreased after treatment,and those of the treatment group were better than those of the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,fasting insulin(FINS),2 h postprandial insulin(2 h INS),isletβcell function index(HOMA-β)in the two groups increased,and insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)decreased,and those in the treatment group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the treatment group(11.25%)and the control group(17.50%)(P>0.05).Conclusion Dapagliflozin combined with metformin can effectively improve the blood glucose and islet function of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.
