美托洛尔缓释片联合冠心苏合胶囊治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的效果

摘　　要：目的研究美托洛尔缓释片联合冠心苏合胶囊治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)的临床效果。方法选取2021年9月-2023年9月呼伦贝尔市中蒙医院收治的60例冠心病UAP患者,经随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)与观察组(30例)。对照组给予美托洛尔缓释片治疗,观察组在其基础上联合冠心苏合胶囊治疗,比较两组心绞痛发作情况(发作频率、发作持续时间)、中医症状积分、西雅图心绞痛量表(SAQ)、全球急性冠脉事件注册危险(GRACE)评分、药物不良反应。结果观察组治疗后发作频率低于对照组、发作持续时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后中医症状积分(胸闷胀痛、心悸气短、头晕乏力)低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后SAQ评分高于对照组,GRACE评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组药物不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论美托洛尔缓释片联合冠心苏合胶囊在冠心病UAP治疗中具有确切作用,可减少患者的心绞痛发生频率,缩短发作持续时间,改善其中医症状,缓解心绞痛病情,降低冠脉缺血危险等级,且用药安全性较高。Objective To study the clinical effect of metoprolol sustained-release tablets combined with Guanxin Suhe capsules in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris(UAP)of coronary heart disease.Methods From September 2021 to September 2023,60 patients with UAP of coronary heart disease admitted to Hulunbeier Zhongmeng Hospital were selected and divided into control group(30 patients)and observation group(30 patients)by random number table method.The control group was treated with metoprolol sustained-release tablets,and the observation group was treated with Guanxin Suhe capsules on the basis of the control group.The incidence of angina pectoris(frequency of attack,duration of attack),TCM symptom score,Seattle Angina Questionnaire(SAQ),Global Registry of Acute Coronary Events Risk(GRACE)score,adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the frequency of attack in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the duration of attack was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms(chest tightness and pain,palpitations and shortness of breath,dizziness and fatigue)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the SAQ score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the GRACE score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol sustained-release tablets combined with Guanxin Suhe capsules have a definite effect in the treatment of UAP in coronary heart disease,which can reduce the frequency of angina pectoris,shorten the duration of attack,improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,relieve the condition of angina pectoris,reduce the risk level of coronary ischemia,and the safety of medication is high.
