耳针辅助治疗糖尿病患者的临床疗效及对糖化血红蛋白水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨耳针辅助治疗糖尿病患者的临床疗效及对患者糖化血红蛋白水平的影响。方法选取2020年11月-2023年10月安义县中医院收治的48例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和研究组,每组24例。对照组采用二甲双胍治疗,研究组在其基础上应用耳针辅助治疗。比较两组治疗疗效、血糖指标(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白)、睡眠质量(睡眠质量、睡眠效率、入睡时间、睡眠时间)、生活健康指数及中医证候积分(乏力、眩晕、口干咽燥)。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者睡眠质量评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组生活健康指数高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论耳针辅助治疗糖尿病患者的临床疗效确切,能够改善患者血糖水平和症状,提高患者生活质量和睡眠质量,值得使用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of auricular acupuncture in the treatment of diabetes mellitus patients and its effect on glycosylated hemoglobin level.Methods A total of 48 patients with diabetes mellitus admitted to Anyi County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2020 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and study group,with 24 patients in each group.The control group was treated with metformin,and the study group was treated with auricular acupuncture on the basis of it.The therapeutic effect,blood glucose indexes(fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin),sleep quality(sleep quality,sleep efficiency,sleep time,sleep time),life health index and TCM syndrome score(fatigue,dizziness,dry mouth and dry throat)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The sleep quality scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The life health index of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of auricular acupuncture in the treatment of diabetes mellitus patients is definite,which can improve the blood glucose level and symptoms of patients,improve their quality of life and sleep quality,and is worthy of application.
