体力衰退型高原衰退症发病的影响因素及诊治现状

摘　　要：高原地区具有低压、低氧、寒冷等特点,长期暴露于这种环境中,人体可能会出现一些损伤。部分人群由于不习服或者不适应高原环境,出现疲乏无力、体重减轻、工作能力降低等症状,这类情况被称为体力衰退型高原衰退症。本文通过整理相关文献,对体力衰退型高原衰退症的相关影响因素进行归纳和总结,为防治体力衰退型高原衰退症提供科学依据。Plateau areas have characteristics such as low pressure,low oxygen,and cold.Long term exposure to this environment may cause some damage to the human body.Part of the population may develop organic diseases due to their lack of adaptation to high altitude environments,experience symptoms such as fatigue,weight loss,and reduced work ability.This condiction is called physical decline type of high altitude deterioration.This paper summarizes the relevant influencing factors of physical decline type of high altitude deterioration by organizing relevant literature,providing scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of physical decline type of high altitude deterioration.
