摘　　要：目的:探讨益气化瘀除痹方在急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死介入患者(气虚血瘀证)治疗中的应用价值。方法:所有急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死介入患者(气虚血瘀证)均于2021年6月-2023年1月在淮安市淮安医院就诊并随机分为两组,两组均68例,对照组采用西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合益气化瘀除痹方治疗,治疗4周后比较效果。结果:治疗后,观察组血清同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)、D-二聚体(D-D)、白介素-17(interleukin-17,IL-17)、Ⅲ型前胶原氨基端肽(PⅢNP)均低于对照组,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗48 h后两组血清肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、血清B型利钠肽(B natriuretic peptide,BNP)、肌钙蛋白T(cardiac troponin T,cTnT)均降低(P<0.05),观察组血清BNP、cTnT、CK-MB水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗2周后观察组中医总症状积分低于对照组,治疗48 h后每搏输出量(stroke volume,SV)与左室射血分数(LVEF)均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗2周后观察组总有效率为97.06%(66/68),高于对照组的80.88%(55/68),观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死介入患者(气虚血瘀证)而言,联合益气化瘀除痹方治疗有助于减轻炎症反应,促进心肌细胞修复,降低并发症发生率,提高临床疗效。Objective:To explore the application value of Yiqi Huayu Chubi Formula in the treatment of acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction patients with intervention(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome).Method:All patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)treated in Huai’an Hospital,Huai’an City from June 2021 to January 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,68 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Yiqi Huayu Chubi Formula on the basis of the control group.The efficacy was compared after 4 weeks of treatment.Result:After treatment,the serum homocysteine(Hcy),D-dimer(D-D),interleukin-17(IL-17),procollagenⅢN-terminal propeptide(PⅢNP)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of superoxide dismutase(SOD)was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After 48 hours of treatment,serum creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),serum B natriuretic peptide(BNP),and cardiac troponin T(cTnT)in the two groups were decreased(P<0.05).The serum levels of BNP,cTnT and CK-MB in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the total TCM symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and after 48 hours of treatment,the stroke volume(SV)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.06%(66/68),which was higher than 80.88%(55/68)of the control group,the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For interventional patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome),the combination of Yiqi Huayu Chubi Formula treatment
