摘　　要：目的:探讨抗反转录病毒治疗(ART)方案对人免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染者动脉粥样硬化预测指标TyG指数及单核细胞与高密度脂蛋白比(MHR)的影响,并观察与心血管事件的相关性。方法:回顾性分析2018年6月至2021年3月在武汉大学中南医院感染科门诊接受ART方案的343例HIV感染者,收集启动治疗及随访18个月的临床资料,根据用药方案将患者分为NNRTIs组218例和INSTIs组125例,比较两组间各动脉粥样硬化预测指标MHR、TyG指数的差异;根据随访记录分析治疗过程中心血管事件,包括急性脑卒中、急性心肌梗死的发生情况。结果:所有患者TyG指数随时间显著增高,两组患者MHR水平有不同程度波动,总体随时间呈升高趋势,但未观测到新发心血管事件的显著增加。结论:接受ART方案治疗的HIV感染者TyG水平随时间增加,但未在短期内观察到对心血管事件风险的影响。Objective:To explore the effect of antiretroviral therapy(ART)on the prediction index of atherosclerosis,TyG index,and MHR,in HIV-infected patients,and to observe the correlation be-tween ART therapy and cardiovascular events.Methods:A retrospective analysis was made on 343 HIV-infected patients who received ART therapy in the outpatient clinic of the Department of Infec-tion of Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University from June 2018 to March 2021.The clinical data of initiating treatment and follow-up for 18 months were collected.The patients were divided into two groups based on their therapy:218 cases in the NNRTIs group and 125 cases in the INSTIs group.The differences between these two groups in terms of each atherosclerosis prediction index,specifical-ly the MHR and TyG index,were compared.Additionally,central cardiovascular events during the treatment process were analyzed based on follow-up records,including occurrences of acute stroke and acute myocardial infarction.Results:The TyG index of all patients significantly increased over time.The level of MHR fluctuated to varying degrees but generally showed an increasing trend over time.However,no significant increase in new cardiovascular events was observed.Conclusion:TyG levels in HIV infected individuals treated with ART therapy increased over time,but no short-term impact on cardiovascular event risk was observed.
