摘　　要：目的:研究糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂联合地氯雷他定片在小儿季节性过敏性鼻炎中的效果。方法:选择2022年2月—2024年3月在济南市第二妇幼保健院接受治疗的80例季节性过敏性鼻炎患儿,依据随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组,各40例。观察组接受糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂联合地氯雷他定片治疗,对照组使用地氯雷他定片治疗。比较两组的疗效、细胞因子、免疫功能及安全性。结果:观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组IL-2、IFN-γ水平均低于对照组,IL-10、IgE水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗2、4周后,观察组EOS水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂联合地氯雷他定片治疗小儿季节性过敏性鼻炎的效果显著,能有效改善免疫功能并降低并发症。Objective:To study the effect of Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray combined with Desloratadine Tablets in children with seasonal allergic rhinitis.Method:A total of 80 children with seasonal allergic rhinitis who received treatment in Jinan Second Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2022 to March 2024 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray combined with Desloratadine Tablets,the control group was treated with Desloratadine Tablets.The efficacy,cytokines,immune function and safety of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-10(IL-10),interferonγ(IFN-γ),immunoglobulin E(IgE),and eosinophils(EOS)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-2 and IFN-γin the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of IL-10 and IgE were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of EOS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray combined with Desloratadine Tablets is effective in the treatment of children with seasonal allergic rhinitis,which can effectively improve immune function and reduce complications.
