活血止痛胶囊联合针灸对腰椎间盘突出症患者腰椎功能及疼痛程度的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨活血止痛胶囊联合针灸对腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者腰椎功能及疼痛程度的影响。方法:选择2023年3月—2024年8月在武威市凉州医院就诊的84例LDH患者,用随机数字表法分为常规组(活血止痛胶囊)、观察组(针灸+活血止痛胶囊),各42例。比较两组疗效、腰痛程度、腰椎功能、症状改善情况、炎症反应。结果:观察组临床总有效率比常规组高,视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)、膝腿无力、下肢放射痛、腰部疼痛评分、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)均比常规组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:活血止痛胶囊、针灸联合治疗LDH能减轻炎症反应,改善腰椎功能,缓解腰痛,改善临床症状。Objective:To investigate the effect of Huoxue Zhitong Capsules combined with acupuncture on lumbar function and pain degree of lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Method:A total of 84 LDH patients treated in Wuwei City Liangzhou Hospital from March 2023 to August 2024 were selected and divided into routine group(Huoxue Zhitong Capsules)and observation group(acupuncture+Huoxue Zhitong Capsules)by random number table method,with 42 cases each.The efficacy,degree of low back pain,lumbar function,symptom improvement and inflammatory response were compared between the two groups.Result:The total clinical effective rate of observation group was higher than that of routine group,visual analogue score(VAS),Oswestry disability index(ODI),knee and leg weakness,radiative pain of lower limb,lumbar pain scores,interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were all lower than those of routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined treatment of LDH with Huoxue Zhitong Capsules and acupuncture can reduce inflammatory response,improve lumbar function,relieve lumbago and improve clinical symptoms.
